Beautiful house with tons of space and great views. Exceptionally clean too. Thank you so much ! Made our Siletz fishing trip even more enjoyable to stay in such a big comfortable and well maintained home.

This was our second stay at this property (first visit was the same timeframe last year) and the property was just as amazing this time around. It's clean, in a fantastic location, is great for gathering a large group and has plenty of amenities to enjoy. Thank you!

Such an awesome beach house-Perfect for bringing lots of people together for a special weekend. We were here to celebrate the life of a very special family member. The perfect setting to share memories and grieve her loss. The host replied to all my messages in a timely manner. Family enjoyed the hot tub and the space and big screen TV’s to watch their favorite college football games together. There are cordless phone chargers throughout the house, cozy throw blankets in each of the living room spaces, and lots of space to prepare and serve meals. It is difficult to park seven vehicles at the house due to the fact three of the vehicles have to be parked on the steep portion of the driveway going up to the house. There was street parking near by for 3 of our cars.

We loved our stay at The Ebb & Flow! It was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 1 child. Plenty of large, comfortable beds for the adults and lots of bunk beds for the kiddo. (With the rooms divided between three floors and having so many bathrooms, it also allowed us plenty of space and privacy.) The house was the perfect resting stop between all of our adventures and was only a short walk to the beach, which felt very private due to so few people being out there. (Be prepared for lots of stairs or a steep incline to get to the beach, though!) Our host, Jessica, was phenomenal! She was very quick with responding, and we loved that she checked in to make sure our trip was going well. We will absolutely look to book with her again on our next trip out to the Oregon coast!

This is a beautiful and huge home great for lots of guests. Pros: big kitchen with lots of dishes, glassware and utensils; huge dining table space that can seat 18-20; lots of great individual sleeping spaces; nice bathrooms; beautiful ocean views off the deck; wonderful hot tub; lots of spaces to hang out; walking distance to easy beach access, laundry in home. Cons: Beds are pretty hard and the thin polyester bedding is very low quality for such a nice home (however, all beds and bedding were very clean), there is not much cookware if you’re cooking a big meal and need a lot of pots and pans (we made it work for us though), the driveway is extremely steep and challenging for cars to get back to the street without scraping underneath. Elderly people may struggle with the driveway and lots of stairs in the home-but it worked for us. Overall, this is one of the nicest and best homes in Lincoln City. Highly recommend.
